| Over the years, Joyce has
given tuition and / or encouragement to many of today's household names in the Theatre Organ
world. Her reputation as a teacher is acknowledged by many of her contempories.
Joyce teaches Piano and Organ, both Theatre and Classical, theory and harmony and caters for all levels
whether it
be for educational or purely pleasure activities. Until last year when Joyce
retired from full time teaching, she was principal of the Alldred Music School in Hyde,
Cheshire, where most instruments were covered by highly respected tutors, all
professionals in their own right. Academic activities are
through the Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music. Joyce herself is a Licentiate of the London College of music.
